OPEN ROLES — REMOTE

We hire people who have
broken things on live accounts.

Small team, US clients, real spend. Everyone works remotely and everyone's work is measured by what it did to a number — not by hours logged or slides produced. No CV upload: send a link to something you actually shipped.

01How we work

Home office, written
by default.

We are a distributed team working on US performance accounts. That shapes how we operate more than any culture statement would.

  • Remote, permanently. No office to come back to. We ask for about three hours of overlap with US Eastern business hours so a client question does not wait a day.
  • Written first. Decisions live in documents, not in someone's memory of a call. If you would rather explain it verbally every time, this will frustrate you.
  • Numbers over opinions. Every role reports against something measurable. When a test fails we write down why, and nobody is punished for the result.
  • Small scope, real ownership. You own accounts or systems end to end. There is no layer of approvals between you and the work.
  • Contractor, invoiced monthly. Paid on time. We do not dangle equity or a future title instead of money.
  • No unpaid test projects. If we need to see how you work on something real, we scope it small and we pay for it.
02Open roles

Ten seats.
Each with a number attached.

We keep applications open for all of these even when nothing is urgent, because the good ones never arrive on the week we need them.

01

Media buyer

Meta & Google

You own spend on live accounts. We look at cost per qualified lead over a quarter, not CTR screenshots from your best week.

  • Built and scaled accounts past $20k/mo in spend
  • Can read a claim-driven funnel: lead → contact → inspection → job
  • Comfortable being wrong in public when a test fails
02

Video editor

Short-form & UGC

Restoration and contractor creative lives or dies on the first two seconds. You cut for hold rate, not for a showreel.

  • Fast turnarounds on batches of 10–30 variants
  • Captions, hooks, pacing — you understand why a cut works
  • Premiere or CapCut, plus whatever gets it done
03

Copywriter

Direct response

Ads, landing pages, SMS and email sequences for trades. Plain words that move a homeowner to pick up a phone.

  • Direct response, not brand voice work
  • You can write about water damage without sounding like a brochure
  • You research the trade before you write a line
04

Designer

Landing pages & static

Landing pages and static creative that load fast and convert. Restraint over decoration.

  • Figma to production-ready, with real constraints
  • You know why a form field costs conversions
  • Bonus: you can ship the HTML yourself
05

Developer

Web & tracking

Landing pages, tracking, server-side events, small internal tools. The plumbing that makes attribution honest.

  • HTML/CSS/JS without a framework when a framework is overkill
  • GA4, Meta CAPI, GTM — and how they break
  • You care about Core Web Vitals on a real phone
06

Automation

CRM & workflows

Speed to lead is the whole game. You wire intake, routing, reminders and follow-up so a lead never sits.

  • CRM workflows: GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho or similar
  • APIs, webhooks, Make or n8n
  • You document what you build so someone else can fix it
07

Data analyst

Reporting

One page a client can read in two minutes: spend, leads, contact rate, jobs, margin. No twenty-tab dashboards.

  • SQL and spreadsheets before BI tools
  • You can tell a real signal from a small sample
  • You explain a number without jargon
08

Accounting

Bookkeeping & AR

Invoicing, reconciliation, AR follow-up and clean monthly closes for a US company.

  • US-entity bookkeeping experience
  • QuickBooks or Xero, end to end
  • You chase an invoice without being unpleasant about it
09

Project manager

Delivery

You keep launches on the calendar and clients informed before they have to ask.

  • You run a launch checklist, not a vibe
  • Written communication is your default
  • You escalate early instead of hoping
10

Sales

Discovery calls

Qualify inbound applications, run discovery, tell people no when the math does not work.

  • B2B services sales, not high-pressure closing
  • You can read a P&L conversation
  • You are fine disqualifying a bad fit
03Who this is not for

We'd rather tell you now.

Saying this up front costs us applications and saves both of us a bad month.

  • If you need daily direction. We give context and a deadline, not a task list. Someone who waits to be told the next step will struggle here.
  • If your portfolio is all case studies and no numbers. Beautiful work that nobody can tie to a result is not what we buy.
  • If you are looking for a title. Roles here are defined by what you own, and they change as accounts change.
  • If you cannot overlap with US hours at all. It is a hard constraint, not a preference — clients call during their working day.

And if you do fit: a short written exchange, one call, and a small paid scope to start. We would rather find out together on real work than guess from an interview.

04Apply

Links, not
attachments.

There is no file upload on this page and there never will be. A LinkedIn profile or a portfolio link tells us more than a formatted PDF, and it keeps this form safe for everyone who uses it.

What happens after you submit

  • A human reads it. Every application, including the ones we say no to.
  • A short written exchange. Two or three specific questions about the work you described. No take-home test.
  • One call, 30 minutes. Then either a small paid scope to start, or a clear no with the reason.

One of the two is enough. We do not accept CV files — send a link.

No files. No list sharing. Ever.

05Questions

Straight answers.

Do I need to send a CV?

No, and we do not accept file uploads. Send a LinkedIn profile or a portfolio link and write a few honest sentences about what you have actually shipped. Links tell us more than a formatted PDF, and not accepting files keeps this form safe for everyone.

Is this remote?

Yes. Everyone works remotely and we are used to it. What matters is a stable connection, a few hours of overlap with US business hours, and writing things down.

What time zone do I need to be in?

Most accounts are US-based, so we ask for at least three hours of overlap with 9am–5pm Eastern. Beyond that, work when you work best.

Contractor or employee?

Contractor, invoiced monthly. We are a small US company and we pay on time. If a role grows into something permanent, we will say so rather than leave it vague.

How long does the process take?

We read every application. If there is a fit, you hear from us within about two weeks, usually a short written exchange first and then one call. If there is no fit right now we keep your application on file rather than deleting it — and you can ask us to remove it at any time.

Do you hire juniors?

Sometimes, for editing and copywriting. For media buying and automation we need someone who has already broken things on live accounts and learned from it.

What do you pay?

It depends on the role and scope, which is why the form asks for your range instead of us posting a number we would have to walk back. Tell us what you need and we will tell you straight away if it is out of range.
