STORM & WIND RESTORATION — LEAD GENERATION

The storm creates the demand.
Whoever's already there takes it.

Storm work rewards preparation, not reaction. By the time you are writing ad copy the out-of-town crews have knocked half the neighbourhood. We build the system that turns on the day the front lands.

What wins the market Being early not being local
Market exclusivity 1 : 1 one firm per market
Infrastructure live in 14 days from end of discovery
01The situation

If you're reading this,
one of these is true.

You are the firm that will still be in this county in five years, and you keep losing work to trucks with out-of-state plates that showed up 48 hours after the hail.

  • Storm chasers flood your market, knock every door, and leave the warranty problems behind.
  • By the time you scale up your ads, the neighbourhood is already under contract.
  • Your best season is three months long and you cannot carry crews the other nine.
  • You compete with "free inspection" door knockers who do not carry your insurance.
  • You are known locally and invisible to the homeowner who just moved in.
02The real cost

The number nobody puts
on the invoice.

The cost of turning on late
Situation What happens What it costs you
48 hours behind the storm Out-of-town crews have already knocked the ZIP You are now the second opinion on a contract someone already signed on a doorstep.
No pre-built campaigns You write ads while the demand is peaking The most valuable 72 hours of your year spent on setup instead of selling.
Off-season overhead Crews and equipment across nine quiet months You either carry the cost or rebuild the crew every spring, and both are expensive.
Losing to door knockers They are physically present, you are not Presence beats reputation with a homeowner who wants the tarp on today.
03The mechanism

Built for this vertical.
Not adapted to it.

Storm response is an operations problem disguised as a marketing problem. The campaigns, pages and tracking have to exist before the event, so the only decision left on the day is where to point the budget.

01

Build it before the season

Campaigns, landing pages, tracking and creative built and tested in the quiet months, paused and waiting. On event day we turn them on and set the geography.

  • Pre-built campaign shells
  • Tested creative library
  • Geo-trigger playbook
02

Move budget in hours

Hail swath and wind field data narrows the target to the ZIPs actually hit, so you are not paying to advertise to a county where nothing happened.

  • Swath-based geo targeting
  • Same-day budget shifts
  • ZIP-level pacing
03

Beat the doorstep

Homeowners who have just been knocked go online to check whether the company is real. We make sure the answer they find is you, with the licensing and local proof the chaser cannot show.

  • Local trust assets
  • Licensing and warranty proof
  • Review velocity plan
04

Carry the off-season

Replacement-cycle and maintenance demand runs year round. We build it so the business is not betting everything on the weather.

  • Evergreen replacement demand
  • Maintenance and inspection offers
  • Off-season pacing
04What you get

In your accounts.
In your name.

Everything below is built inside infrastructure you own. If we part ways, it stays with you — accounts, pages, tracking, lists.

  • Campaigns built, tested and paused before the season, ready to switch on
  • A geo playbook that narrows to the ZIPs inside the actual swath
  • Landing pages that answer "is this company real and local" in five seconds
  • Licensing, insurance and warranty proof assets the out-of-town crews cannot match
  • An evergreen replacement-demand campaign for the quiet months
  • Reporting by event, by ZIP, by cost per signed contract
05Who this is not for

We'd rather tell you now.

Three kinds of firm should not apply. Saying so up front costs us applications and saves both of us a bad engagement.

  • Firms that cannot scale crews inside a week of an event. Storm demand does not wait, and signed contracts you cannot service become complaints and chargebacks.
  • Anyone who wants to start the week after a storm hits. The whole advantage here is being built before the event; starting during one means paying peak prices to catch up.
  • Firms whose plan is to out-knock the chasers. We are not going to build a system whose only edge is volume of doors — that is a race you lose to whoever has more trucks.

And if you do fit: month to month, 30 days' notice, no lock-in. Everything we build is in your name from day one. We would rather earn next month than trap you into twelve.

06Apply

One partner
per market.

We take a single client per market, so we are never bidding two of you against each other. If your market is already taken we will tell you in the first reply instead of booking a call to find out.

What happens after you submit

  • We check your market. If it's open, you hear back with next steps. If it's taken, you hear that instead.
  • One call, 30 minutes. Your numbers: close rate, average job value, current spend. No pitch deck.
  • A written plan or a no. If the math doesn't work for storm restoration, we say so and nobody loses a quarter.

07Questions

Straight answers.

Q1 What do I pay for during the off-season?
The evergreen side — replacement-cycle demand, maintenance and inspection offers — plus keeping the storm campaigns built and tested. Budget drops substantially in quiet months. What you are buying is that on event day nothing needs to be created, only pointed.
Q2 How fast can you move budget after a storm?
Same day, usually within hours, because the campaigns already exist. What takes time is not the click — it is the build, and that is exactly what we do in advance. The geography comes from swath and wind data rather than a guess at the county.
Q3 Can you beat door knockers?
Not at the doorstep, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we do is win the moment after: the homeowner who was just knocked goes online to check whether the company is real. That search is where a licensed local firm with warranty proof beats an out-of-state truck, and that is where we make sure you are.
Q4 Is this the same as your roofing system?
There is overlap, and the timing model is completely different. Roofing has steady replacement-cycle demand you can plan around. Storm restoration is event-driven, so the build is front-loaded and the spend is spiky. If you do both, we run them as two paced systems, not one.
