At capacity — by application

Stop buying leads.
Build a system.

We engineer predictable lead generation systems for restoration, home services and DTC operators. Not a marketing agency. A growth partner that scales with you.

Client revenue generated $47M+ across active engagements
Retention rate 98% month-to-month contracts
Market exclusivity 1 : 1 one client per market
01 The math

You're not failing at marketing.
You're failing at math.

A purchased lead is a rental. You pay for attention that four competitors already paid for, and when the engagement ends you own nothing. The spreadsheet below is the entire argument.

Purchased lead vs. owned acquisition system
Variable Aggregator lead Owned system
Cost per lead over time Rises. You bid against everyone else buying the same list. Falls. Every conversion teaches the campaign who to target.
Exclusivity Sold to three to five contractors simultaneously. Yours only. There is no one else to sell it to.
Speed to contact You are the fourth call. The job is usually gone. First contact is automated, in seconds.
Who owns the data The aggregator. You rent access to it. You. Accounts, pixels, lists and CRM are in your name.
What you own after 12 months Nothing. Stop paying and the phone stops. An asset with history, audiences and rankings that compound.
Where the margin goes Into a price war with the other three who bought it. Into your business, because you are the only quote.
02 The build

Four phases. Fourteen days to live.

Not a campaign. An acquisition system with named parts, in your accounts, documented so you could hand it to someone else tomorrow.

01

Positioning

We audit what you actually sell, at what margin, to whom. Then we engineer an offer that makes the price comparison irrelevant.

  • Margin & capacity audit
  • Offer construction
  • Market & competitor map
02

Channels

Google, Meta, local SEO and direct mail built as one system with a single source of truth, not four disconnected dashboards.

  • Account structure
  • Creative & ad copy
  • Budget allocation model
03

Conversion

Landing pages, call tracking and CRM wiring, so no inquiry depends on somebody remembering to follow up.

  • Landing pages
  • Call & form tracking
  • CRM + speed-to-lead
04

Instrumentation

Cost per lead, cost per acquisition and ROI by channel, on a dashboard you own. We optimize daily against it.

  • Attribution setup
  • Live dashboard
  • Daily optimization

Optimization is continuous. Scaling starts only once the unit economics are proven.

03 Verticals

Three different kinds of math.

We don't run one playbook across everything. What drives demand in a mitigation firm has nothing in common with what drives a DTC brand, and pretending otherwise is how agencies waste your first six months.

Ecommerce & DTC

Not lead gen — ROAS

No forms, no phone calls. Success is return on ad spend and contribution margin after shipping and returns, which is a different instrument panel entirely.

04 Instrumentation

You see the same numbers we do.

No monthly PDF of impressions. A live dashboard in your accounts, with the four figures that actually decide whether to spend more tomorrow.

Acquisition — trailing 30 days Live
Cost per lead $68 ↓ 41% vs. purchased
Booked rate 38% ↑ exclusive, first to call
Cost per acquisition $179 ↓ falls as the system learns
Return on ad spend 6.4× ↑ by channel, not blended

Illustrative figures. Your baseline is measured in phase 01 before anything is promised.

Miguel RodriguezSolar contractor

Case 02 · HVAC · Dallas TX

"I used to spend $8K a month on lead aggregators and close maybe 10%. Now we spend $12K on our own system and close 40%. The math isn't even close. Best decision I've made for my business."
James ChenHVAC company owner

Case 03 · Roofing · Austin TX

Discover AdVault.
Our free ad research tool.

We built the tool we needed for competitor research and gave it away. Download ad creatives from Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn — video, image and carousel, the original file at full quality — and capture an entire landing page as PNG, JPG or PDF with one click.

  • Original creatives, not screenshots. Full quality, named by brand and date, whole carousels in a single action.
  • Whole landing pages. Auto-scroll top to bottom in one file — the complete funnel, not just what fits on screen.
  • Runs entirely in your browser. No account, no tokens, no servers. Your downloads never pass through us.
  • Free, with no limits. No plans, no download caps, no ads inside the tool.

Built by Rocket Lead. Yes, it is genuinely free — there is nothing to upsell.

06 Access

By application.
One partner per market.

We take a single client per market, so we are never bidding two of you against each other. That constraint caps how much work can run at once — which is why this is an application and not a sales call.

What makes a fit

  • Capacity to service the demand. More leads than you can answer damages your reputation, not ours.
  • Already spending on acquisition. We optimize a machine that exists; we're the wrong call for a first $500 test.
  • One decision maker. Someone who can approve an offer and creative inside a week.
  • No competing client in your market. If your market is taken, we'll tell you straight away.
Application 6 fields · 60 seconds

We reply to every application. If your market is taken, we say so.
No newsletter. No list sharing. Ever.

07 Questions

Straight answers.

Q1 How is this different from buying restoration or contractor leads?
Aggregators sell the same lead to several contractors, so the conversation starts as a price war. We build acquisition infrastructure you own — your campaigns, your landing pages, your tracking, your CRM. The leads are exclusive by construction, because there is nobody else to sell them to.
Q2 How long until the system is live?
Fourteen days from the end of discovery to a live system: landing pages, campaigns, call tracking and CRM integration. Discovery happens before that, and optimization never stops once it's running.
Q3 Which verticals do you work with?
Restoration and mitigation (water, fire, smoke, mold, storm), public adjusting, home services (roofing, solar, HVAC) and DTC ecommerce — all in the United States. The playbooks are different for each: restoration follows the claim, home services follows local market density, and DTC is judged on return on ad spend.
Q4 Why is access by application?
We take one client per market so we are never bidding two clients against each other, and every system gets daily attention instead of a monthly report. That caps how many engagements can run at once, so new work goes through an application rather than a sales call.
Q5 Do you require a long-term contract?
No. Month to month, 30 days' notice to cancel. Everything we build — ad accounts, landing pages, tracking, CRM configuration — is in your name and stays with you if you leave. We'd rather earn the next month than lock you into twelve.
Q6 What do you need from us to start?
Access to your existing ad accounts and CRM if you have them, your historical close rate and average job value, and one decision maker who can approve offers and creative. Capacity to service the demand matters more than the size of the budget.
